I purchased tickets to a session but the cinema is now closed. What happens to my booking?

Customers who pre-purchased tickets during this period will be automatically refunded and receive email communication. If you have any questions about the refund process please contact our customer service team at [email protected]


I have a voucher or Gift Card that is expiring while the cinemas are closed, can I get an extension?

We will be honouring extensions for vouchers and gift cards expiring during the temporary cinema closure. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected]


What will happen to my Cinebuzz points?

We will be freezing the expiry of Cinebuzz points during the temporary close period.


I have one of the paid loyalty membership (e.g. Gold Class, Brisbane Myer & Indooroopilly or Townsville), what happens to my benefits?

We will be freezing any current paid loyalty memberships. We will issue more information about impacted members prior to re-opening the cinemas.
